Shoppers, Nagueños and Bicolanos it's official! SM City Naga will open on May 1, 2009. As what I have mentioned in my previous entries this past few months and according to some of the employees of SM, the initial target for their opening was April but it was moved to May and now it's really official. No more extensions, no more waiting because SM City Naga will now open its doors to all Bicolanos. Good luck to all of us.
