QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be a resident of Naga City
-Must be between16-22 years old by May 29, 2013
-Must be able to attend all scheduled activities and rehersals
REQUIREMENTS
-Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
-Photocopy of Voter's ID or Endorsement by the barangay proving his/her residency
-Duly accomplished application form
-4R picture, white background in casual attire

3:00 - 4:00 PM Assembly Time at Our Lady of Penafrancia Shrine, Francia, Naga City
4:00 - 5:00 PM Mass
5:00 - 6:00 PM Grand Parade from the Our Lady of Penafrancia Church to Plaza Quezon
6:00 - 8:00 PM Program at Plaza Quezon (Sneak peak to the upcoming activities for the month of May and many live performances from the youth)
