Naga City, Bicol - From the twenty lovely Bicolanas, 24 year old Albayana Kayesha Clauden Chua from Legazpi City was crowned Miss Bicolandia 2017 last night at the Jesse M. Robredo Coliseum bagging most of the special and corporate awards. First Runner Up is also an Albayana, Paula Madarieta Ortega from Ligao City, Second Runner Up is Eat Bulaga's Miss Millenial Camarines Sur and reigning Miss Kaogma 2017 Julia Novel Gonowon from Iriga City. Third Runner Up hails from Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, Leorosa Maria Kennedy and Fourth Runner Up is a Catandunganon Sigrid Grace Flores from Panganiban, Catanduanes.
The final question and answer was a new turn of events in the Miss Bicolandia pageant history where the Top 5 Finalists had to give their thoughts on a specific question and on a specific topic. Questions and topics were well thought of and held confidential up until the coronation night by the Miss Bicolandia Execom headed by Dr. Jose "Sonny" Rañola.
