Naga City - The Bicol Federation of Active and Reserve PMT Commandants and Instructors League (BFARPCIL), The Federation of Philippine Eagle Clubs in cooperation with the Naga City Government through Mayor John G. Bongat, The Kamundugan Festival Committee headed by FL Farah R. Bongat & Department of Education presents the 1st KAMUNDAGAN FESTIVAL REGIONAL INVITATIONAL CAT MILITARY  PARADE COMPETITION. The following are the specific events: Marching  Competition, Majorettes & DBC/DLC Exhibition, CAT Silent Fancy Drill with Dance Number happening on December 13, 2014, 7:30 am at the Plaza Rizal. 

Please take note of the roads that will be closed to traffic during the competition: Panganiban Extension, Elias Angeles Street, Caceres Street and General Luna Street from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
