Cash prizes await the top 3 teams that will complete the physical and ment
al challenges in this first-ever adventure challenge in Naga City brought to us by Unilab Healthcare on the Road.

Sign up now!

Methods of Selection:

Limited to 30 Teams only
3 members of each team ( mixed gender)

All Team will represent various sectors of the community, from the religious, civic, private sectors, school, etc…

All Team member must be:
18 years old and above
Physically and Mentally fit
One or all must know how to use a bicycle

OVERVIEW
• The object of Naga City Urban Challenge is to visit 8 to 10 checkpoints wherein all of those are Penafrancia Feast relevant in correct order and return to event Start. The first team back wins.
• The only allowed methods of travel are by padyak or by foot. Any and all other methods of transportation, including, but not limited to, any form of private transportation, car, taxicab, limousine, skateboard, scooter, motorcycle, skates, are strictly prohibited. Any team using a disallowed form of transportation will be immediately and summarily disqualified.

CHECKPOINTS
The Clue Sheet
• Teams receive a Checkpoint Clue Sheet moments before they're released from event headquarters. The locations of all checkpoints are embedded in the clues on the Checkpoint Clue Sheet.
• There is no set course to Urban Challenge, nor are checkpoints marked. Teams prove they visited each checkpoint in the correct order by photographing themselves at each checkpoint. All team members must be in the photo.
• At the finish, the Passport and Photos are verified. Photos must be exposed in the correct order.
• Example: Your team gets checkpoint 3 as your first checkpoint. Your camera must contain photos of all members of your team at checkpoint 3, then 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, and finally 2. Your team can take more than one photo at each location, but the photos must be taken in the correct order.

• Your team is allowed to take multiple pictures of a checkpoint to make sure you "got it" but you can't take pictures of two different places because you are not sure which one it is. For example, you think that Checkpoint 3 is either 121 Mayon Ave or 125 Mayon Ave. Taking pictures at both addresses will eliminate your team. Taking a checkpoint photo of a location that is not a checkpoint eliminates a team from the race. Urban Challenge will endeavor to avoid becoming hyper-technical, but a picture with both team members in it will likely be viewed as an attempt to prove the team visited that spot because they thought it was a checkpoint, not a shot for the scrapbook. A visitation photo of an incorrect checkpoint always eliminates a team.

• In the unlikely event that a team visits a correct checkpoint, but visits it out of order, it may repair its error by returning to the missed checkpoints, taking another photo, and then visiting (and re-visiting where necessary) each succeeding checkpoint. For example, a team mistakenly skips checkpoint 5, and then goes to checkpoint 6, then checkpoint 7. After checkpoint 7, the team realizes its mistake. It may repair its mistake by backtracking to checkpoint 5, then checkpoint 6, then checkpoint 7, and then continuing on the course.

FINISH
• Urban Challenge officially ends five hours after the first team leaves event headquarters. Teams that have not returned to event headquarters within the time limit are eliminated. Five hours of adventure is enough for one day. All teams are required to return to event headquarters.

UNIFORM
• Only the Events Sponsors Name/Logo will appear on the Events Singlets
• Teams must display their number on the front of one team member's shirt and on the back of the other team member's shirt at all times during the event. Failure to do so is grounds for disqualification. Teams are encouraged to wear matching apparel.

RACE WITH HONOR
• No team or member of a team may act in a way that physically impedes the progress of another team. Violation of this rule results in immediate disqualification of the team.
• No team or member of a team may push, trip, hit, spit at, or otherwise invade the personal space of any other person whether they are a challenger or spectator. Violation of this rule results in immediate disqualification of the team.
