Naga City Pet Blessing 2015

Naga City - In celebration of the feast day of Saint Francis of Assisi, Patron Saint of Animals, pet lovers gathered at the Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus Parish last October 4, 2015 in Concepcion Grande for a mass and blessing. 

Coinciding with the Animal Welfare Week, the event was initiated by one of Naga's finest, Superman Kennel and petshop owner Mr. Joemari Dizon together with Central Bicol State University's Rodeo Club. Free consultation and pet grooming were also provided for the pets. We got to bring home free goodies too. 

As dog lovers and owner of nine (9) dogs, yes nine, hehe 6 of them are in Pili and 3 here in Naga, we really do not have any problem when it comes to services both here in Naga and Pili. The abundance of vets, clinics, pet shops and grooming parlors plus the numerous pet shows and blessings over the years are indicators of how Naguenos and Bicolanos care for animals.
